Customer's reviews
I've known Todd for years, and when I heard about his new business, I became intrigued. I never researched garage screens before, and Todd's detailed explanation from selecting the screen style to the final installation was perfect timing. Seeing the screen in person sealed the deal. In a corporate world, having someone like Todd who genuinely cares about their work is refreshing. I highly recommend Coast Shade Pros and their automatic screen. But don't just take my word for it—check it out for yourself! #BlufftonSC

Todd and Coastal Shade Pros were excellent to work with. Their product is outstanding and Todd stands behind his company's work. Our awning was installed and worked flawlessly. Unfortunately, when it was installed, some of our Hardie Plank siding was damaged. When I notified Todd that the damage had happened, he immediately took steps to ensure that all damaged Hardie Plank was replaced to our satisfaction. The awning is beautiful and works as promised. Do not hesitate to contact Coastal Shade Pros if you are in need of a motorized awning, pergola, or shades. Todd stands behind his company and makes sure the customer is completely satisfied.

Excellent experience with Coastal Shade Pros. Todd was helpful and proactive with his communication. After our first conversation, he immediately followed up via email with a fantastic collection of information and a video to orient us with the awning we were interested in. This helped us be prepared for when he came out for a site survey. From quote to installation, Coastal Shade Pros followed through with a level of customer service that is rare to find these days. I would absolutely recommend using this company.
